Call for Applications – ICT Energy Conference Scholarships

Are you a motivated engineer based in Sweden with a keen interest in ICT energy systems? Do you want to attend a leading international IEEE conference and bring valuable insights back to the Swedish industry?

The ICT Energy section of Svensk Elektronik is offering two scholarships of 30,000 SEK each to support the participation of qualified engineers at a major IEEE conference in 2025.

About the Scholarship

The scholarship is a financial contribution towards conference-related expenses, including travel, accommodation, and registration fees.
Selected candidates will be expected to attend technical sessions and identify key highlights from the conference.

Who Can Apply?

Engineers working in Sweden with a focus on energy solutions for ICT systems.
Both young professionals looking to expand their expertise and network internationally, as well as more experienced engineers who wish to contribute their insights, are welcome to apply.
Applicants must have approval from their employer, as additional costs beyond the scholarship amount (such as salary, additional travel costs, and preparation time for the seminar presentation) are expected to be covered by the employer.

Applications must include a CV, a brief motivation letter, and an endorsement from the employer confirming their support for participation.
The ICT Energy section will select candidates, with final approval from the Svensk Elektronik board.
