Swedish Electronics at Evertiq Expo Malmö 2025 – a successful knowledge boost for semiconductor Sweden

On May 15, Svensk Elektronik participated in Evertiq Expo Malmö – Sweden's largest one-day expo for the electronics industry – at Malmö Arena. The event attracted hundreds of visitors from the industry and offered a full day filled with inspiration, networking and knowledge exchange.

Svensk Elektronik was present at table 86 and participated in two program items that attracted great interest:

Speakers' session 11:35–12:35:
“National gathering of forces for innovation and growth – Sweden on the global semiconductor map”
Together with Semicon Sweden and several leading players, concrete initiatives and success stories within Swedish semiconductor technology were presented. Highlights included Ericsson talking about the use of semiconductor technology in radio networks, a Swedish startup company sharing its journey from research to market, and insights from Lund University about the WBG pilot line within Chips JU.

Panel discussion 14:20–15:20:
The discussion centered on how we create the companies of the future by combining research, innovation and entrepreneurship. Swedish Chip Competence Center (SCCC), Semicon Sweden and Svensk Elektronik described how they are together building a strong ecosystem along the entire semiconductor value chain. The international project ElektroLink was also presented, with a focus on creating business opportunities and increased visibility for the Swedish electronics industry in Europe.
