Svensk Elektronik merges with the Swedish INTELEC Association
The merger means that Svensk Elektronik broadens its operations and gains additional knowledge and experience in the area of Power System ICT.

”"”The merger with Svensk Elektronik gives the Swedish INTELEC Association a professional platform to continue its activities to highlight and promote energy and power issues for ICT applications at the system level.”, says Åke Ericsson, chairman of the Swedish INTELEC Association.
Even if the association's operational activities are transferred to Svensk Elektronik, Svenska INTELEC will remain as an association.
The industry organization Swedish Electronics has Today there are about 200 company members and with this merger the door is also opened for companies and stakeholders in the Power System ICT business area.
Swedish INTELEC Association was formed in 1985 and has the task of promoting development in the field of power and energy systems for information and communication technology systems and related areas, among other things by organizing symposia and actively gathering information from international conferences.
