About the book
The idea of SEK Handbook 451, Environment – RoHS, is to provide Swedish companies and organizations with a comprehensive and easily accessible description of the new RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU).
SEK Handbook 451 describes which products are covered and which restriction requirements apply and shows a workflow for how to apply the directive and compile the required documentation. It also provides a description of the RoHS directive, its background, purpose and scope.
The manual also contains the entire directive text in Swedish, the EU Commission's questions and answers (FAQ in English) and the standard SS-EN 50591 which describes how to compile the documentation.
