Reference statement – The importance of payments being made within a reasonable time

The European Commission wants to take action to get large companies to pay their invoices within a reasonable time, and also has thoughts about late payment interest/late fees.

Svensk Elektronik has had the opportunity to submit a consultation statement in connection with the publication of the proposal and in the newsletter for November we asked our members to submit what they would like to see highlighted as important aspects to take into account in the final consultation statement.
