Intertek's Mats Forkman explained how we should think about Conflict Minerals. Svensk Elektronik's chairwoman Maria Månsson described what news we need to know about EMC, RED and other directives, and led the afternoon workshop where the participants received answers to many of the difficult questions surrounding interpretations and best practices.
