The production lift

The Production Lift is a national program that aims to strengthen the ability to improve and renew within the manufacturing industry, with the goal of creating conditions for sustained competitiveness and sustainability.

Participating companies are helped to build structures that support development, learning and engagement at all levels. They also get training in putting their new knowledge into action.

The principles of the Production Lift are based on Lean and the starting point is the companies' own conditions and needs. The programs are run according to a working methodology that has been developed gradually based on gained experiences and which aims to inspire and coach companies in their change work.
