SCIP database questions and answers

In a collaboration between the Swedish Technology Association, the Swedish Technology Association (which includes Swedish Electronics), MOBILITY SWEDEN AND RAMBERG ADVOCATER, we have now compiled and updated an FAQ regarding the SCIP database.
